Clashes erupt in Tubas-area village, suffocation cases reported

 

TUBAS, July 31, 2018 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians suffocated on Tuesday during clashes that broke out with Israeli forces at the junction of Tammoun town, south of Tubas town, in the occupied West Bank, said WAFA correspondent.

Forces used tear gas canisters, and stun grenades against the locals, causing several suffocation cases among them. They were all treated at the scene.

A fire reportedly broke out due to the heavy firing of tear gas canisters and stun grenades, engulfing open land at the junction. Civil defense forces immediately rushed to the scene and put out the fire.
