NABLUS, July 31, 2018 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians Tuesday suffocated by tear gas fired by Israeli forces during clashes in the village of Sebastia, to the north of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank, said a local official.
Mayor of Sebastia Mohammed Azem, told WAFA Israeli forces stormed the village amid the heavy firing of live fire, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades toward locals, causing a number of suffocation cases among them.
Forces further forced owners of tourist shops in the archaeological area there to close their shops and leave the area.
