RAMALLAH, July 31, 2018 (WAFA) –Tuesday’s weather in daytime is partially cloudy to clear and sunny in mountainous districts and warm in the Jordan Valley with no significant change in temperature, which remains slightly above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Weather conditions are expected to be mainly clear and pleasant at nighttime. Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate and occasionally active. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem is expected to reach a high of 29°C on Tuesday and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah a high of 27°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 39°C and a low of 26°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 24°C in Gaza.

Mainly sunny and pleasant conditions are anticipated for Wednesday in mountainous districts and warm conditions in the Jordan Valley in daytime with a slight drop in temperature, which becomes slightly below the seasonal average.

PMD expects Thursday’s temperatures to drop and approach 2 to 3°C below the seasonal average with partially cloudy and pleasant conditions in mountainous districts and relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley. Scattered light showers are expected to fall, especially in the northern districts.

Temperature on Friday is expected rise but remains slightly below the seasonal average with pleasant and considerably cloudy skies in mountainous areas in the early morning, paving the way to a decrease in cloudiness with relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley.
