Weather: Temperature less than annual average, scattered rain

 

RAMALLAH, April 10, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Tuesday is cloudy with a drop in temperature becoming five degrees Celsius lower than the annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Scattered rain showers are expected to fall on several areas.

Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to active and sea waves are medium.

Weather at night is expected to be partially cloudy and cold, especially in the mountains. A chance of scattered rain showers is expected on some areas.

Temperature is expected to reach a high in the mid to upper teens in most of the West Bank and Gaza and in the lower 20s in the Jordan Valley, white it drops at night to around 10 degrees Celsius in most areas while it remains in the mid-teens in the Jordan Valley.

PMD also expected weather on Wednesday to be partially cloudy. Temperature is expected to rise while remaining a bit lower than annual average. A chance of scattered rain showers is expected.

Thursday’s weather is partially cloudy to clear. Temperature is expected to rise becoming three degrees Celsius above the annual average.

Weather on Friday remains the same, but temperature is expected to significantly rise approaching six degrees Celsius above the annual average.
