RAMALLAH, April 8, 2018 (WAFA) – Mohammad Anbar, 46, who was shot and injured by Israeli forces in April 2, died of his wounds on Sunday morning in an Israeli hospital, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Anbar was being hospitalized at Meir hospital in Tel Aviv before he was announced dead of his wounds on Sunday morning.
He was shot and injured by Israeli forces in mysterious circumstances on April 2 at an military checkpoint near Tulkarm city in the northern West Bank.
He was detained and transferred to an Israeli hospital following the incident.
PPS and the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Commission blamed Israel for Anbar’s death.
