RAMALLAH, February 19, 2018 (WAFA) - Weather on Monday is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy and relatively cold. Temperature is expected to rise and approach two degrees Celsius above its annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to active and gusty at times. Sea waves are medium to high.

Temperature on Monday is expected to reach a high of mid to low teens during the day and a low of 10 degrees Celsius and below at night.

Temperature rises further on Tuesday, approaching three degrees Celsius above the annual average. Partially cloudy skies are expected.

On Wednesday and Thursday weather remains partially cloudy with no change in temperature. However, potential scattered light showers are expected on some areas during the night.

The PMD warned people against low horizontal visibility.
