HEBRON, February 16, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli army Friday dispersed a nonviolent demonstration in Hebron city, in the southern West Bank, that called on Israeli occupation authorities to reopen the Shuhadaa Street in the city, which has been shut down to Palestinian citizens by Israel since 1994.
Army dispersed the protesters and detained a minor identified as Mamoun Natsheh, 16, before releasing him a couple of hours later. Natsheh was released from Israeli prisons one week ago after serving a jail sentence of 18 months.
