RAMALLAH, February 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Tuesday is cloudy to cloudy and cold with a significant drop in temperature to become lower than its annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Scattered rain showers, heavy with thunderstorms at times, are expected to fall on several areas.
Wind is northwesterly to westerly, light to moderate and sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature on Tuesday is expected to be around the mid to low teens in Palestine during the day and drops to under 10 degrees Celsius at night.
Partially cloudy to relatively cold conditions are expected for Wednesday. Temperature is expected to rise and become two degrees Celsius higher than its annual average.
On Thursday weather is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy with another rise in temperatures to be 5 degrees higher than its annual average. However, on Friday a slight drop in temperature is expected to be 3 degrees above its annual average, with a chance for scattered rain showers.
The PMD warns citizens on Tuesday from low horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog and low clouds. Citizens are also warned against floods in low areas, strong winds and sliding on roads.
