QALQILYA - February 12, 2018 (WAFA) - Israeli forces Monday prevented farmers from accessing their lands that are located behind the apartheid wall in Izbat Salman to the south of Qalqilya, farmers told WAFA.

Israeli forces prevented farmers from passing through the metal gate that separate their village from their agricultural land without giving a reason for their act even though they have army0-issued permits that allow them access to their land.

Farmers expressed fear that Israel seeks to evict the Palestinians from their land to it take over in order to expand nearby illegal Jewish settlements.

The apartheid wall isolated more than 5000 dunums of Izbat Salman lands from the village.
