RAMALLAH, February 2, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is mostly clear, sunny and pleasant in daytime and becomes chilly in nighttime, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Temperatures are set to rise and approach five degrees Celsius above the seasonal average. Wind is northeasterly to easterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem is expected to reach a high of 18°C and a low of 10°C, and in Ramallah a high of 17°C and a low of 9°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 13°C, while in Gaza it is expected to reach a high of 19°C and a low of 11°C.

Temperature is set to further slightly rise and approach six °C above the average with partly cloudy and mild conditions in daytime and chilly conditions in nighttime.

PMD expects temperature to further rise and approach eight °C above the annual average on Sunday, with partly cloudy and relatively warm conditions in daytime and relatively chilly conditions in nighttime.

Partly cloudy and mild conditions are expected for Monday in daytime and relatively chilly conditions in nighttime with no significant change in temperatures.
