TULKARM, May 17, 2017 (WAFA) – A commercial strike was observed on Wednesday in the city of Tulkarm, in the north of the West Bank, in support of the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails who have been on hunger strike for 30 days.
Shops were shut down as the one-day strike took effect.
Schools, the town’s university and employees were excluded from the strike.
