JERUSALEM, April 30, 2014 – (WAFA) –
Israeli extremists slashed Wednesday the tires of Palestinian cars and sprayed
racist graffiti on them in Nazareth and ‘Akka.
Extremists slashed the tires of a
Palestinian car in Nazareth, in addition to seven others in ‘Akka and
spray-painted anti-Arab graffiti and the ‘Star of David’ on them.
These attacks were perpetrated just
a day after settlers sprayed racist graffiti on a mosque in Fureidis in
northern Israel and slashed the tires of about 30 cars parked nearby in a
‘price tag’ attack.
‘Price tag’ attacks are perpetrated
against Palestinians and Palestinian property, including churches and mosques,
inside Israel as well as the occupied Palestinian Territories, including East
Jerusalem. They are intended to terrorize Palestinians and intimidate them in
order to force displace them.
Perpetrators of such attacks are
rarely prosecuted by relevant Israeli authorities.
