GAZA, May 30, 2025 (WAFA) — At least 13 Palestinians were killed and many others injured in the early hours of Friday as Israeli occupation forces carried out air and ground assaults on multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, including Jabalia in the north and Khan Yunis and Rafah in the south.

WAFA correspondent reported that seven people were killed and others wounded when Israeli warplanes bombed a home belonging to the Nasr family in Jabalia al-Nazla, in northern Gaza.

In the south, three more Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces targeted two tents sheltering displaced families west of Khan Yunis. The victims were transferred to Nasser Medical Complex.

Additionally, two civilians were killed and several injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a civilian vehicle in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis.

Another Palestinian was killed and others wounded by Israeli gunfire in the al-Shakoush area, northwest of Rafah in southern Gaza.

The Israeli military also demolished residential homes in Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, and in the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis, adding to the mounting destruction of civilian infrastructure.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation issued new evacuation orders late Thursday night for residents in Jabalia al-Balad and Al-Atatra in northern Gaza, as well as in the neighborhoods of Al-Shuja’iya, Al-Daraj, and Al-Zaytoun in Gaza City.

The overnight toll comes after a deadly Thursday in Gaza, where at least 70 Palestinians — including women and children — were killed and many others injured in heavy Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling across the besieged enclave.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 54,249 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 123,492 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.

Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
