QALQILYA, August 26, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces today stormed the village of Izbat al-Tabib, east of Qalqilya, closed its two entrances, raided several citizens’ homes and facilities, and bulldozed agricultural land, uprooting ancient and fruit-bearing olive trees.

Local Activist and Village Representative, Bayan al-Tabib, told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the village and closed its eastern and western entrances with military checkpoints.

Forces also raided several Palestinian citizens’ homes as well as Izbat al-Tabib Mixed Basic School.

In the eastern part of the village, Israeli forces bulldozed an estimated five dunums of agricultural land, uprooting ancient and fruit-bearing olive trees owned by local residents

Israeli forces remain deployed in the area, amid strict military restrictions on the movement of local residents
