GAZA, August 16, 2026 (WAFA) — Several Palestinians were injured today after an Israeli drone struck a residential apartment in Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical and emergency sources said injured Palestinians were transferred to Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat following an Israeli drone strike that targeted the apartment with a missile.

Earlier today, medical sources reported that three Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire after Israeli forces targeted tents sheltering displaced Palestinians in the Bir 19 area of al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
