BETHLEHEM, June 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces began on Monday demolishing a Palestinian house in the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.
A local source told WAFA that Israeli troops stormed the Umm Rokba area in the southern part of the town, sealed off the neighborhood, and proceeded with the demolition of a single-story home measuring approximately 100 square meters.
The house belongs to Muhammad Ali Salim Musa, under the pretext that it was built without a construction permit.
The source said that the Umm Rukba area has been subjected to repeated attacks carried out by Israeli forces, including the demolition of homes and structures, and the issuance of stop-work and demolition orders, as part of a policy aimed at restricting the movement of residents and displacing them to serve colonial ambitions.
