RAMALLAH, June 10, 2026 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian man was injured on Wednesday night after being severely beaten by Israeli occupation forces during a military raid on the city of Al-Bireh, according to local sources.

Sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed several areas in the city of Al-Bireh and assaulted one of the young men, causing him injuries.

In a related development, Israeli forces raided the village of Surda, north of Ramallah, and set up a flying military checkpoint, obstructing the movement of citizens and vehicles in the area, causing severe traffic congestion.

Israeli occupation forces also raided Ni’lin village, west of Ramallah, on Wednesday evening, sparking confrontations and firing heavy tear gas canisters, which caused several cases of suffocation among citizens.
