RAMALLAH, June 10, 2026 (WAFA) – The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the Israeli Knesset's approval of a bill to expand the mechanisms for the seizure of Palestinian tax revenues, affirming that this constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and signed bilateral agreements.

It warned of the serious consequences of this illegal measure, which constitutes an attack on the rights of the Palestinian people and their financial resources, and could further worsen the already deteriorating humanitarian and economic conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The OIC also renewed its call on the international community to assume its responsibilities by pressuring Israel to halt what it described as the official confiscation of Palestinian revenues and to immediately and unconditionally release all withheld Palestinian tax funds.
