SALFIT, June 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces closed the northern entrance to the occupied West Bank city of Salfit on Thursday morning, sealing it with an iron gate.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces intensified their military measures at the northern entrance to the city and prevented vehicles from passing through, causing traffic congestion and disrupting residents' movement and access to their destinations.
The closure is part of ongoing movement restrictions imposed by Israeli occupation forces across various areas of the occupied West Bank.
