HEBRON, June 2, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Tuesday issued demolition notices for three homes east of the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, according to local sources.
Media activist Osama Makhamra said the notices were issued for the homes of Munir Issa Hamad Makhamra, measuring 160 square meters; Mohammad Issa Hamad Makhamra, measuring 200 square meters; and Basem Ali Hassan Dawood, whose two-story home measures 200 square meters.
Makhamra said the occupied homes shelter dozens of residents, including women and children. He described the demolition orders as punitive measures aimed at increasing pressure on Palestinian residents, particularly in eastern Yatta and the surrounding Masafer Yatta area.
