RAMALLAH, May 30, 2026 (WAFA) – Minister of Health Majed Abu Ramadan announced on Saturday the launch of the tenth round of the “Our Blood is One” blood donation campaign, aimed at supporting patients and the wounded in the Gaza Strip and strengthening the national blood supply.
Abu Ramadan said the campaign will begin on Sunday morning and continue through Thursday at all blood banks in government hospitals, the Central Blood Bank in Ramallah, and the mobile blood bank unit. Donation centers will operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
He added that field donation drives will also be organized in cooperation with a number of national, civil society and academic institutions to facilitate public participation and encourage wider community engagement.
Abu Ramadan stressed that the “Our Blood is One” campaign has become more than a blood donation initiative, describing it as a symbol of Palestinian unity and solidarity and a practical expression of support for patients and the wounded under difficult circumstances.
The minister called on citizens to participate widely in the campaign, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and collective support for the healthcare sector and its ability to continue providing essential services.
