JERUSALEM, May 30, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Saturday forced a Palestinian resident of Beit Hanina in occupied Jerusalem to demolish his own home.
According to the Jerusalem Governorate, Nabil al-Rammouni was compelled by the Israeli municipality to carry out the self-demolition of his 90-square-meter house, where he lived with his wife and seven children.
The demolition order was issued 15 years after the home was built. Israeli municipal authorities also imposed financial penalties totaling 35,000 shekels on the family.
