GAZA, March 14, 2026 (WAFA) – A sandstorm struck the Gaza Strip on Saturday morning, causing worn-out tents to be blown away and exacerbating the humanitarian suffering of displaced people. Warnings have been issued regarding health risks, particularly respiratory illnesses, as basic safety conditions remain absent.
A dust storm swept across all areas of the Gaza Strip, with strong winds directly impacting the tents of displaced families.
According to the Meteorological Department, today’s weather is expected to dusty, and partly to most cloudy.
