GAZA, November 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians died on Friday from wounds sustained in separate Israeli airstrikes targeting Gaza City, according to medical sources.

A medical source at Al-Shifa Hospital reported that Sara Abu Jiyab, a medical student at the Islamic University and resident of the Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, succumbed to injuries sustained in an Israeli airstrike that struck the university campus approximately one week ago.

Nabil Hamad also died from wounds sustained in an Israeli attack targeting the Al-Balakhiyah area of Al-Shati refugee camp several days ago.

The overall death toll from Israel's ongoing war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has so far risen to 74,620, with 175,925 people injured, according to health authorities.
