RAMALLAH, February 20, 2026 (WAFA) – Vice President Hussein Al Sheikh welcomed on Friday the Board of Peace (BoP) High Representative Nickolay Mladenov’s announcement on the establishment of a formal coordination committee.

Vice President Al Sheikh added that the committee will serve as a formal channel for coordination between the Palestinian Authority and the BoP to implement US President Donald Trump’s Gaza reconstruction plan and the UN Security Council Resolution 2803.
