RAMALLAH, February 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Al-Sheikh, said on Tuesday that the Palestinian leadership has instructed all civil and security institutions in the State of Palestine not to engage with or comply with Israeli occupation measures, to reject them outright, and to adhere to Palestinian laws in force, in accordance with international law and signed agreements.
Al-Sheikh added, "We urge the Palestinian people to remain steadfast and resilient on their land, and to categorically reject any dealings with occupation laws, most recently those approved by the Israeli government a few days ago, which contradict international law and the agreements signed with the Palestine Liberation Organization."
Al-Sheikh reiterated his call for the international community to stand firmly against the extremist right-wing government in Israel and its expansionist, racist, and colonial occupation.
