NABLUS, December 22, 2025 (WAFA) - Israeli forces stormed several towns and villages across the occupied West Bank on Monday evening, carrying out military raids, provocative patrols, and house searches, according to security, local, and rights sources.
Security and local sources said Israeli forces stormed several villages and towns in the Nablus governorate. Forces stormed the town of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus, Qusin to the west, and Sebastia northwest of the city, conducting provocative patrols throughout their streets.
The sources added that Israeli military jeeps surrounded a municipal council building during a meeting of council members, confining the building for a period in an attempt to stir tension among council members and residents.
In a separate incident, local sources reported that Israeli forces stormed the town of Kobar, north of Ramallah, where they deployed across several areas amid the firing of live gunfire; however, no injuries or detentions were reported.
Meanwhile, rights activist Aref Daraghmeh said Israeli forces stormed the village of Kardala in the northern Jordan Valley and searched several homes.
Israeli forces also stormed an area adjacent to the village of Wadi Rahal, south of Bethlehem, fired live rounds into the air, set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to Khallat al-Nahla area, and prevented citizens from accessing Wadi Rahal village, according to anti-wall and colonization activist, Hammada Zayadeh.
