GAZA, January 11, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces disrupted the movement of Palestinian vehicles in the occupied West Bank province of Qalqilya today, causing significant traffic jams in the area.
Local sources reported that Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the eastern entrance of Qalqilya city, as well as two additional checkpoints at the entrances to the villages of Imatin and al-Funduq, east of the city.
The forces stopped and searched vehicles, checking the IDs of passengers, which resulted in traffic jams that extended for several kilometers in the region.
These restrictions are part of ongoing restrictions imposed by Israeli occupation forces on Palestinian movement in the West Bank, further exacerbating daily difficulties for Palestinian drivers and commuters.
