RAMALLAH, January 5, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces briefly detained and assaulted on Sunday evening a Palestinian teenager during a military raid on the town of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah, according to local sources.

Sources reported that Israeli forces briefly detained a 17-year-old teenager after beating him up while he was present in the center of the town.

Israeli army and police continued today their military incursions into the villages of Ni'lin and al-Midya, west of Ramallah, where they searched commercial shops and seized surveillance camera recordings, under the pretext of an attempted stabbing attack against a colonist in the area.

Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces assaulted a health department employee from Hebron Municipality after briefly detaining him at the As-Salaymeh military checkpoint in the Old City of Hebron.
