Five civilians killed in Israeli airstrikes on northern and central Gaza Strip

GAZA, January, 4, 2024 (WAFA) – Five civilians were killed and others were injured Saturday afternoon in the Israeli occupation's bombing of the town of Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip, and the city of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that one citizen was killed and others were injured when the occupation fighter jets bombed a group of citizens at the Halabi roundabout in Jabalia al-Balad

Meantime, another citizen was killed and dozens of others were injured when Israeli warplanes targeted a group of citizens in the vicinity of Halima al-Sadia School in Jabalia al-Nazla, north of the Strip.

Three citizens were also killed and others were injured in the occupation's bombing of a civilian vehicle on Salah al-Din Street, east of Deir al-Balah, while a number of citizens were injured in the shelling launched by the occupation's artillery on the vicinity of al-Sabra Girls' School, south of Gaza City.

The occupation's drones fired on the Ahmed Yassin Street area, west of Gaza City.

The Israeli occupation continues its aggression on the Gaza Stripsince October 7, 2023, which resulted in the killing of 45,717 civilians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 108,856 others.
