GAZA, January, 4, 2024 (WAFA) – The occupation military vehicles have continued their limited incursion east of Deir al-Balah city and al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip since last night.

Eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that Israeli military tanks and vehicles advanced in a limited manner on Friday evening in the eastern areas of Deir al-Balah and al-Bureij camp amidst heavy ground and air cover.

The witnesses added that the Abu al-Ajeen area east of Deir al-Balah witnessed artillery shelling and gunfire from the invading vehicles.

This incursion comes hours after the occupation army warned the residents of several areas in al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip to evacuate immediately, in preparation for a military attack after a rocket was fired towards the settlements adjacent to the Strip.
