GAZA, December, 20, 2024 (WAFA) – The Ministry of Health appealed to the international community to bring aid, medicine and food to Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Gaza Strip.

The ministry said in a press statement that the shooting continues around the clock in the vicinity of the hospital, while the occupation shells fell on the third floor and at its doors, causing panic among patients and medical staff.

It pointed out that the hospital is in dire need of the necessary maintenance supplies to maintain the continued provision of electricity, water and oxygen, in light of a severe shortage of medicines and painkillers.

It pointed out that Israel is violating the most basic rules of international law and international humanitarian law by targeting medical and health centers, and not allowing those inside to be rescued and saved.

The Ministry of Health added that patients in Kamal Adwan Hospital and the rest of the health centers and hospitals operating in the Gaza Strip are threatened with death either by Israeli occupation bullets or due to a shortage of medicines.
