GAZA, Saturday, August 17, 2024 (WAFA) — The Israeli occupation military issued new evacuation orders this morning for large areas within the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.
According to reports, the occupation military has distributed flyers throughout the camp instructing residents to leave the area and move southwards to what they falsely describe as the "humanitarian safe zone."
This latest directive follows previous evacuation orders affecting several locations across the war-torn Gaza Strip, including areas in Khan Younis, eastern Deir al-Balah, Beit Hanoun, Deir al-Balah, Al-Qarara, Al-Mawasi, Al-Jalaa, the Hamad City, and Al-Nasr.
Eyewitnesses and local residents across Gaza report that evacuation orders are being issued nonstop, with no safe destination to go to. Since the onset of the Israeli assault on Gaza, civilians have been suffering from the forced displacement, as the occupation military continues to order evacuations of residential areas.
The situation in Gaza has become increasingly dire, with no refuge available for the displaced population as the Israeli onslaught persists.
