GAZA, Saturday, August 10, 2024 (WAFA) - A Palestinian civilian was killed and several others were injured this afternoon in an Israeli airstrike targeting a home in the central Gaza Strip, according to eyewitnesses.

The attack occurred when Israeli artillery struck a residence west of the Nuseirat refugee camp, resulting in at least one fatality and multiple injuries.

Earlier today, Israeli forces carried out a deadly attack targeting the Al-Tabi'in School in the Daraj neighborhood of Gaza City. The school, which serves as a shelter for displaced persons, was hit in the early hours of the morning, leading to the killing of over 100 individuals and injuring hundreds more.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in 39,790 documented Palestinian fatalities, mostly women and children, in addition to 91,702 injuries.

Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
