DAMASCUS, Friday, August 9, 2024 (WAFA) - Four Syrian soldiers sustained injuries last night following an Israeli airstrike targeting the area around the Shayrat Airbase in the Homs province.
According to a military source cited by the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the airstrike occurred around 8:55 PM local time on Thursday. The strike resulted in injuries to four soldiers and caused some material damage.
The source pointed out that the Israeli aggression was launched from northern Lebanon and aimed at several military positions in the central region of Syria.
