GAZA, Monday, May 13, 2024 (WAFA) – Scores of Palestinian civilians today were killed and others were injured in the ongoing Israeli occupation bombing of Beit Lahia and Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Israeli fighter jets targeted the main street in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the killing of several civilians.
Additionally, Israeli occupation warplanes intensively targeted Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip, causing multiple casulites among civilians.
The wounded individuals were rushed to Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia.
In Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, occupation artillery bombed citizens' homes in the Al-Jeneina and Al-Salam neighborhoods, east of the city.
The number of people killed since the onset of the Israeli aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip on October 7th, 2023, has reached 35,034, most of whom were children and women. Around 78,755 people have been wounded.
Thousands of victims are still trapped under the rubble, or scattered on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them.
