RAMALLAH, September 25, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists in the early hours of Friday vandalized Palestinians’ property in the Rantis town, west of Ramallah, according to local sources.

They reported that colonists sneaked their way into the town at around 3 a.m. and set fire to three vehicles before Palestinian inhabitants confronted them and forced them to leave, causing partial damage to the vehicles.

They added that the vandals spray-painted racist graffiti on the walls of several homes.

Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law.
