RAMALLAH, Wednesday, April 26, 2023 (WAFA) - Pleasant spring conditions are expected in Palestine today, particularly in the mountains, with another rise in temperature to become higher than the seasonal average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Winds are westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate, and sea waves are low.

Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 23°C and a low of 13°C, and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 22°C and a low of 12°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 20°C, and a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

No change in temperature or weather conditions is expected on Thursday.

However, a drop in temperature is expected on Friday to return to its seasonal average, said the PMD.

A low-pressure cold front is expected to affect the country on Saturday, thus temperature is expected to drop and rain, along with thunderstorms, is expected to fall on most areas.
