RAMALLAH, Sunday, April 16, 2023 (WAFA) – The three Palestinian Arabic-language dailies focused today on the Israeli occupation forces' attack on Orthodox Christians celebrating the Holy Fire at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in occupied Jerusalem.

These are the main headlines:

Al-Hayat Al-Jadida:

President [Abbas]: We call on our people to stand together to face the challenges facing our cause, our land and our sanctities.

Orthodox churches celebrate the Holy Fire, and the Israeli occupation attacks those celebrating the holiday in Jerusalem.

The Israeli occupation storms Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the settlers continue their terror.
