RAMALLAH, Thursday, April 6, 2023 (WAFA) – The Israeli police brutality at Al-Aqsa Mosque yesterday against Palestinian worshippers of all ages and sexes was highlighted on the front page of the three Palestinian Arabic dailies published today.

“The occupation exposes its fascism in its worst form at Al-Aqsa,” said the main front-page story headline in al-Hayat al-Jadida daily.

“This is how the occupiers desecrated Al-Aqsa: Repression, destruction, and detention of hundreds,” said Al-Ayyam daily in its main front-page headline, printing pictures of the damage caused to the Muslim holy place and police brutality toward a female worshipper.

The third daily, al-Quds, also highlighted the Israeli police raid of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the forcible removal of the Palestinian worshippers.

The entire front page of the three dailies was covered with several stories of condemnation and reaction to the Israeli police brutality at the Muslim holy site.

They also said that Israel bombed locations in the besieged Gaza Strip and quoted the fascist Israeli cabinet minister Itamar Ben Gvir saying that Israel should decapitate people in Gaza and not just bomb sites.

Al-Ayyam said that based on astronomy, Ramadan is 29 days this year and the Al-Fitr holiday falls on Friday, 21 April.
