RAMALLAH, Wednesday, April 5, 2023 (WAFA) – The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) said today that the Israeli police attack earlier today on Al-Aqsa Mosque and worshippers requires urgent intervention.
“The storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the (Israeli) occupation forces and attacking the worshippers with this level of brutality requires urgent Palestinian, Arab and international action and putting everyone in front of his responsibilities in protecting the holy sites and worshippers,” tweeted PLO Secretary General Hussein al-Sheikh.
He said the Palestinian leadership is in “intensive contacts with the brothers and many countries of the world to stop this aggression.”
