RAMALLAH, Wednesday, September 15, 2021 (WAFA) – Partially cloudy skies are expected today in Palestine with another drop in temperature, which becomes around the seasonal average, and a chance of light rain falling during the night in some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are westerly to northwesterly, light to moderate, active at times, during the day, and change to westerly to northwesterly, moderate to active during the night. Sea waves are low during the day, medium at night.
Temperature in the capital, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 20°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 27°C and a low of 19°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley temperature is expected to reach a high of 37°C and a low of 27°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Temperature is expected to drop again on Thursday to become 3°C below the average with a chance of light scattered showers in some areas.
A rise in temperature is expected on Friday, but remains slightly below the annual average, said the PMD.
Temperature is expected to rise again on Saturday to become around the seasonal average.
