SALFIT, June 17, 2012 (WAFA) – Fires Sunday engulfed several forest areas across the West Bank, including a house in the town of Kufl Haris, east of Salfit, due to the heat wave affecting the Palestinian Territory in the meantime, said a statement issued by Palestinian Civil Defense.
The fires also engulfed tens of olive trees, agricultural crops and forest trees, before the civil defense crews managed to put it out.
