GAZA, June 17, 2012 (WAFA) – Israeli navy boats Sunday fired its heavy machinegun at Palestinian fishermen off the coast of Gaza, according to local sources.

They said Israeli gunboats targeted fishermen boats in al-Sodanya area, northwest of Gaza. No injuries were reported.

Meanwhile, Israeli military vehicles and bulldozers stormed an area east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza amid heavy gun fire. The Israeli forces conducted combing operations, razed land and put up earth mounds in the area.

Forces also stormed east of Johr a-Deek area, southeast of Gaza, conducted combing operations and razed land in the area amid heavy gun fire at Palestinian land and homes.
