RAMALLAH, February 14, 2011 (WAFA) - The Information and Cultural Commission of Fatah movement said on Monday that it is only responsible for official statements and declarations by its spokespeople and for what is published on the commission‘s official website.
Mowafak Matar, chief executive of the commission, said that they are not responsible for any publications by the media and on websites which use names or symbols of political key figures of the movement.
He added that electronic forums and sites exploit symbols and names of national key political figures to misrepresent the movement’s media message and internal and national guidelines.
Matar warned of the dangerous effects of this misusing on the movement’s official stance concerning local, Arab and international issues.
