JERUSALEM, June 17, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Beit Iksa, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, on Wednesday, carrying out a large-scale raid and conducting field interrogations of dozens of residents.
Local sources reported that Israeli troops deployed throughout the village, stormed several homes, and subjected dozens of residents to on-site questioning and interrogations that lasted for several hours.
The sources added that Israeli forces also detained Muhammad Hababa after raiding and searching his home.
The occupation forces also turned one of the village's houses into a military post, deploying soldiers around it, while continuing their searches and interrogations of residents.
The village of Beit Iksa has been subjecting to military incursions in recent years, often involving house searches, arrests, and field interrogations.
