RAMALLAH, February 6, 2011(WAFA)- Minister of Detainee Affairs Issa Qaraqe’e, said on Sunday ‘a tree for every prisoner’ campaign confirms the importance of the prisoners right of freedom and strengthens their steadfastness in the Israeli prisons.

This campaign is a way to express our support to the Palestinian prisoners by planting trees and naming each tree after every prisoner, he said.

Qaraqe’e has called for the largest participation in this campaign which was launched by the Ministry of Detainee Affairs earlier this month in the West Bank.
