RAMALLAH, June 15, 2009 (WAFA)- The Palestine News and Information Agency (WAFA) launched, Monday, it’s web page in Hebrew language http://hebrew.wafa.ps/

The page, aimed at reaching to the Israeli public, is to contain daily news from the West Bank, in addition to the activities of Palestinians in Israel. It is also to include different topics on women’s issues, economy, business, art, culture, sport, analytic essays and features.

WAFA’s new page’s objective is to directly influence the Israeli public opinion, away from Israeli censorship, by reporting news with objectivity and accuracy.

Weekly interviews with Palestinian figures are to be published, as well as a daily e-newsletter to be distributed to Israeli Knesset members, ministries and media.
