GAZA, August 15, 2026 (WAFA) — The death toll from Israel's ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,391 Palestinians, with 174,280 others injured, since October 7, 2023, according to medical sources.

Health authorities reported that hospitals across Gaza received the bodies of two Palestinians killed by Israeli occupation forces and 14 others injured over the past 24 hours.

They added that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the number of Palestinians killed has risen to 1,262, while 4,168 have been injured and 808 bodies have been recovered.

Medical sources said a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews remain unable to reach them.
