RAMALLAH, January 6, 2008, (WAFA)_ Al-Asra Center for studies asserted early Sunday that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) released the prisoner; Mahasen Umar with a financial ensure of NIS 5000 after being summoned for investigation in Israeli detention center of "Etsion".

In a press release issued, the center mentioned that Umar was detained in the said center without knowing the reason. Finally, she was released with a condition of paying the said amount of money.

"Such a policy has been adopted by the IOF as an attempt of blackmailing the citizens so as to afford sums of money for being released", the center added.
